Just Enough

Monthly mortgage payment on a three bed, one bath fixer-upper: $750
Food to feed six growing young kids and a small dog for the next four weeks: $300
Car payment on a ten year old rusty excuse for a family van: $175
Minimum payment on a school loan for an education in career field with no job openings: $100
A tank of gas to get the kids to school, their parents to work
and the whole family to church on Sunday: $60
Just enough money left over for a soda, a bag of popcorn and a movie from Redbox: Priceless

  1. Whew! Just enough for a treat at the end is great! Money is always a balancing act and it sounds like you found a way to make it come out just right. There has to be a few treats along the way! Enough is definitely better than not enough, but don't we wish we could try "too much" just once?! :-)
