who keeps the moon dust and cobwebs from stealing their light?
because every star is bound to lose its shine, it's just what happens over time.
there must be someone working hard to keep them looking bright.
who is assigned to diligently perform this celestial chore?
who is the one who prides himself on a well lit heaven?
there are nights when I look up and the sky doesn't quite seem bright enough
and I think to myself, it must be time to shine the stars again
